What is Subscribe & Save?
Our Subscribe & Save program allows you save time and money by ordering your products on an automatic schedule of your choosing. No more wasting time placing new orders or worrying about running out of products, plus you’ll receive a discount on each of the products in your Subscribe & Save kit.
Can I order more than one Subscribe & Save kit?
Yes, you can. However, we can only include one Subscribe & Save kit per order. If you’d like to place multiple Subscribe & Save orders, please keep in mind that each kit will bill and ship on the schedule you selected for that subscription, and that each of your kits will need to be edited, skipped, or cancelled individually. Taking an action on one Subscribe & Save order will not affect other Subscribe & Save orders placed through your account.
How often will you send my Subscribe & Save order?
You can select how often your products will be sent, from every two weeks to every eight weeks.
How will I know when to expect my Subscribe & Save shipments?
We’ll send you a notification email a few days before each shipment of your Subscribe & Save kit is scheduled to ship to let you know that it’s coming up, and give you an opportunity to edit your order, skip the shipment, or cancel your kit if you’d like to.
What if I don’t need a new shipment yet? Can I postpone my shipment?
Each of the notification emails we send includes a link you can use to skip the shipment, but keep the kit active. Billing and shipping will resume with the next scheduled shipment.
Can I change the products or schedule for my Subscribe & Save order? What if I need to have it shipped to a different address?
You can edit the items in your kit, your shipping schedule, your payment information, and your shipping information two ways:
- Log into your Acne.org account and go to My Account > Subscribe & Save Orders.
- In each of the email notifications we send to let you know you’re about to receive a shipment, we’ll also include a link you can use to edit your order. Just click the link, log into your account, and make your updates.
How will you charge me for my Subscribe & Save shipments?
Subscribe & Save kits must be paid with a credit card. We’ll charge the card on file for your order for each of your subsequent shipments. If you need to change your credit card at any time, you can do so through your account.
How can I cancel my Subscribe & Save order?
We offer two easy ways to cancel your Subscribe & Save order:
- Log into your shop.danielkern.com account and go to My Account > Subscribe & Save Orders. There is a link you can use to cancel your order.
- In each of the email notifications we send to let you know you’re about to receive a shipment, we’ll also include a link you can use to cancel your order. Just click the link, log into your account, and cancel your order.
Can I return my Subscribe & Save shipment?
Your most recent Subscribe & Save shipment will be covered by our Return Policy. Please note that there is a limit of one return per customer, so we’re not able to refund multiple shipments.
