Can I pick up my order locally if I live in the San Francisco area?

Do the products have expiration dates?

Gentile Cleanser: No expiration.

Treatment (Benzoyl Peroxide – 2.5%): Unopened product is good for two years from date of manufacture. The expiration date is printed on the bottom of the bottle or stamped onto the crimp of the tube.

Moisturizer with Licochalcone: No expiration.

AHA+ (Glycolic Acid – 10%) : No expiration.

Jojoba Oil: No expiration.

How are the packages marked?

The packages are shipped using plain packaging with a return address that only mentions “Fulfillment Center”. No references to acne show on the outside of the package.

It’s cold out. My products arrived frozen. What do I do?

Allow your products to thaw at room temperature. They should be fine. If they have been frozen for weeks or months, however, it may be best to reorder. Do not store your products in the freezer.

It’s hot out. My products arrived very warm. What do I do?

As long as your products have only been in a hot mailbox or other warm area for a day or two, the products should be fine. Just let them slowly return to room temperature once you bring them inside. If, however, they have been stored above 100 degrees Fahrenheit for many days, it may be best to reorder.
