People often used to ask me how to reach areas of their back when performing the The Body Regimen and I had no good answer for them. “Reach really hard,” was about all I could offer.
Then I came across the body buddy at a skincare conference. I tried it myself and had several people I work with try it as well. We all liked how simple yet effective it was. It’s a basic 1, 2, 3:
- Apply product onto it.
- Flip it onto your back.
- Grab the handles and move it around.
It spreads the product around in seconds, and importantly, it does so with very little irritation because it is made from soft vinyl.
Since that time I have tried other apply-to-the-back contraptions, but the body buddy is still the best. The body buddy retails for $24.95, but we are able to sell it for $23 even.
Cleaning the body buddy: You can just wipe it off or wash it off with water when you’re done. It’s also machine washable.
